Refund and returns policy

  1. Refunds, exchanges or replacements are only issued if the product is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, KiwiSeng will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase from Refunds, exchanges or replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy.

  2. Refunds and returns are available for New Zealand customers only. International customers please select your products carefully.

  3. If your order is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent please get in touch with our Customer Care Team. Purchases made through third party sites are required to contact the respective company to enquire about their order details including tracking and third party return policies. 

  4. If you want to return your items, you must contact us for our shipping address. And all items must be with original status: unworn, and with all tags attached.

  5. Before you place an order, you need to confirm the product we offered, and if it is not the quality problems, return shipping fee should be paid by buyer.

  6. If it is the quality problem or mistaken version, please take photos of the item and send the pictures to us. We will take full responsibility for the quality problem item.

  7. If you would like to exchange for other product or request refund, please inform us the tracking number after the items be shipped back. Once we receive the items, we will ship the new item you reorder or refund your payment.

  8. We are not responsible for packages lost in transportation; it is the delivery company that takes fully responsibility.

  9. If you have any questions about returning your products, please contact us !

  10. We do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a return, please first contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning.

  11. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered etc. You can enjoy return service, over the period required we will not to return or exchange.


  1. We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.

  2. We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party

  3. We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly. We appreciate your understanding.


If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. Thanks for your understanding.


If you did not receive your tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Pricing pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and includes GST (Goods and Services Tax).

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of KiwiSeng. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

Discount codes are only eligible for one-off purchases, and are not valid in conjunction with sale items on
